To support the branches and Units on all Information technology matters, thus insuring the high availability of all business functionality.
To liaise with the branches in respect of System technicality issues and arrange rectification of those issues with the coordination with Head Office Data Center. Ensuring the proper configuration, availability and security of communication devices and network, thus protecting the unit from any intruders or vulnerability.
Ensuring that the proper batching and availability of security appliances, to avoid any breach and handle any new attacks. Ensure the proper functionality of Security systems like CCTV, intrusion systems, etc...This will secure the premises and prevent intrusions and losses.
Server and Applications Managing
Ensure the properly functionality of all servers and applications (Equation Branch Automation Servers and applications like Equation, EBA, Central Bank System (ACH, RTGS, ECC and others) reporting systems). The proper functionality of these servers and applications will facilitate the operation of the bank, decrease the downtime and reflect the good image of the bank.
Coordinate with the Line Manager for the implementation of System/ Module /Application, thus satisfying the Branch and Units to avoid any such errors. Controls
Provide application support to user on ECC, RTGS, ACH to the Units to ensure accurate processing and optimum level for their work flow.
To dispatch and Activate of ATM Cards on timely basis in a minimal time protecting by that the image of the Bank and marinating the mutual trust between the bank and the customer.
Head Office &Other Parties Coordination
Supporting the Line Manager to ensure the compliance with all instructions/circulars issued by local regulatory authorities which will protect the bank and avoid loses and penalties. Others
Procurement and Maintenance of all IT related equipment for the business to function properly. Maintain highest quality of Service delivery to ensure full time availability of system to branch user.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree.
Minimum experience: 3+ years relevant experience is preferred.
