Provide remote and on-site customer support and services
Participate in all product installations and the related repair and maintenance activities when required
Diagnose and correct difficult and intermittent hardware and software malfunctions
Develop and improve documentation, diagrams, processes, and technology
Develop and conduct tests to ensure systems meet documented user requirements
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
Bachelor degree in IT related field or similar vocational training
Several years of working experience in a similar position
At least three years experience in Linux system administration
Troubleshooting of applications on Linux environment
Knowledge and troubleshooting of Network LAN and WLAN connectivity
Experience with various scripting tools and infrastructure automation tools as well as with virtual server designs and implementations
Strong analytical background coupled with hands-on implementation experience
Excellent English language skills, any other European language would be an added value
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Readiness to travel 50% and to work occasionally in shifts and on weekends

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
