Responsible to provide IT network and data centre support for processes and services for internal and external voice & data network and centralized computing services to provide engineering, management, troubleshooting and governing of the entire IT operations effort
Proactively monitor daily business service level agreements (SLAs).
Define service level agreements (SLA’s) in relation to contracted services, ensuring the SLA’s are achieved.
Manage the IT service delivery team including responsibility for service desk, application support to make sure they follow the agreed polices/procedure
Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network.
Prepare and setup computer machines using a standardized preconfigured image disks
Deploy OS service packs, patches and updates on all end user computer machines
Install and update standardized Anti-Virus software on all end user machines
Setup network accounts for end users, Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
Setup, support and maintain access point devices across the Eagle Hills Diyar
Ensure security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
Lead process, standards, guidelines and policy for IT governance requirements.
Draft and track new policies to accommodate changing environment
Initiate revisions to maintain the policies accuracy and create end user awareness
Initiate Green ICT policies - create green strategy roadmap
Collaborate with HR to ensure new employees with have appropriate levels of IT Governance training;
Monitor the IT Service Delivery Team including responsibility for service desk, desktop support, application support
Validate changes and updates meet existing audit requirements;
Define the standards, processes/procedures to be followed by all project teams in regards to governance deliverables
Strong understanding of IT Applications Projects and its deliverables
2 years of proven project management experience in IT business role
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities requires occasional traveling to locations and being "on-call" on non-working hourExceptional communication skills and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field
PMP or ITIL certification preferred
· 4 - 6 years of experience with large enterprise organizations in IT network, Project Management or IT Service Delivery
