For the strengthening of the Outsourcing and Profit Recovery Service Department, the Arabian branch of Valuement Group is in search for a Junior Analyst.
Your activity as Junior Analyst will be to find lost profit opportunities by analyzing the direct and indirect acquisitions of our clients, coming up with suggestions or recommendations, data reports, show ways of how the purchasing process could turn out to be more profitable.
All these would require your inner curiosity to find "the needle in the haystack", a deep understanding of numbers and their role for the business, proficiency in working in Excel spreadsheets.
You will check AP transactions as a main task, find if there are errors, multiple records or the absence of invoices or other documents
You will enjoy checking payment incidents, and yes, you will have a big amount of data to play around with. We know that numbers are your thing so you won’t get scared, right?
Your role will be to analyze info in respect to commercial, logistic and accounting aspects, in the scope of identifying lost profit opportunities.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
