Job Role:

• Generating requirements from new clients & existing clients.
• Responsible for getting new leads requirements & maintaining existing clients to enhance business in the company core area of expertise;

• Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions
• Ensure +95% retention of clients, drive upgrades to all our solutions offerings, and ensure 100% collections by taking onus of any escalations and liaison with different teams.
• Cross-sell & Up-sell to clients from our full portfolio of solution offerings.
• Meet, engage & maintain good relationship with our product / solution partners (vendors) representatives to generate more concrete leads & opportunities.
• Develop niche Clients to expand our reach.
• Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with our existing partner sites to understand how we can help them grow while also knowing which product offers and price points best fit their model.
• Significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online and over the telephone.
• Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.
• Understand customer’s business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs
• Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
• Provide technical advice via our technical staff to customers.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the solution, with clarity and confidence (both face-to-face, online and over the telephone).
• Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of systems and processes.
• Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets
• Able to take responsibility and work on flexible basis.
• Maintain all sales activities.
• Analyze financial status of client by collecting & studying data and recommending actions.
• Building a data bank of customer information & implementing a strategy and religiously tracking key metrics by customer and by team member.
• Ensure visible measurable client satisfaction on product/service that exceeds owner's expectations; set SLAs with internal providers to ensure a flawless service experience to our enterprise/corporate clients.
• Develop customer segments & customized solutions overtime and maximize ROI on teams & spends.
• Personally engage & own relationships with the top 25% customers.
• Maintain regular dashboards & feedback.
• With the help of solutions/ Bid management team, he would be expected to negotiate the deal with customer (technical & commercial).
• Would be expected to close the deals (technical & commercial), with detailed order terms and set customer expectation.
• Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on the spot solutions to the business owners objections and concerns as well as to be able to Pivot from a prepped position basis the conversation.
Key Skills:
• Proven experience as Key Account Manager
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Should possess B2B or corporate sales with 3 - 7 yrs experience.
• Candidate should have worked on target.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Post Graduate - Marketing or equivalent.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Pleasant personality.
