We are looking for a Logistics Officer who has well-versed experience in all Logistics Operations, Premises, Transportation, Asset Management, Customs & Shipment.
The Logistic Officer must ensure that all aspects of a logistics team, such as customs & shipping, Premises ,warehousing and procurement, are working together to fill orders and delivery on a timely basis.
They will review all processes and systems and design and implement new plans and procedures as needed.
a. Experience in Camp Management : Occupants, Utilities & Maintenance.
b. Experience in Villas & Accommodations : Occupants, Utilities & Maintenance.
c. Experience in Office Management : Occupants, Utilities & Maintenance.
a. Vehicle Registry & Allocation.
b. Airport Pickups & Immigration Related Transportation.
c. Vehicle Maintenance Records & Following Up.

5. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Arabic(Verbal and Written)
6. Excellent Interpersonal Skills
7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Arabic Nationality is a must.
9. Age between 24 - 33.
10. Transferable Qatar Residence Permit is a must.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
