To demonstrate, coordinate and conduct in-house maintenance technical training sessions targeting potential list of technicians based on competency gaps or refreshment In-house training requirement given by Maintenance Qualification & Training Analyst. In addition, develop, review and improve In-house training material based on related JQP modules, procedure requirement and gap analysis for maintenance technician team. Moreover, report and provide feedback to Maintenance excellence management about the participation effectiveness and area of improvement.
-Develop In-house maintenance training session’s annual schedule and keep it updated.
-Conduct maintenance training sessions over all the year as per schedule.
-Coordinate to improve In-house training material base on maintenance procedure and auditing findings.
-Conduct and facilitate technical spot awareness sessions based on requirement comes from audit teams gap analysis.
-Get engaged with potential vendor trainings to improve In-house training material to cover the high technical knowledge.
Education & certification:
-As minimum; Diploma degree in Mechanical Industrial field.
-Clear and Good English Language skills (speaking & writing).
-Coaching certification is preferred.
Minimum 15 years field maintenance experience with good background and experience on competency development and coaching techniques.
-Quality training material development knowledge.
-MS office software good skills.
-Hands on technical knowledge and experience in his field.
