Our client is now recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor . You will be reporting to the General Manager. Job Purpose Supervise maintenance activities including installation, maintenance and repair requests from tenants Principal Accountabilities Strategic • Work with the GM to develop the preventive maintenance programs for better utilization of maintenance budget • Coordinate with maintenance team to execute routine maintenance of properties • Collaborate with GM & Sr. Manager Operations to schedule machine (elevators, AC units, etc.) downtime for repairs and maintenance • Continuously monitor and evaluate performance of machinery at property sites, and identify components for repair, upgradation or replacement • Ensure all necessary process and safety checks are carried out on the equipment at property sites • Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys Process/Operational • Work as the single point of contact for all maintenance related queries from tenants • Plan and prepare spares requisitions as required and submit to manager for approval • Coordinate activities with outside contractors • Coordinate with maintenance team to assign maintenance technicians • Follow-up with team to validate completion of work • Conduct regular feedback calls with tenants to ensure satisfaction with maintenance services People • Motivate talent with a view to providing the organization with a deep reservoir of high quality manpower Minimum Requirements Specific Knowledge • 5-8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in the UAE or GCC • Deep knowledge and network within UAE industry and key players, including government officials

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
