Experience 3-5 years in same industry ( Steel Manufacturing )
Executing the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans related to the equipment, machines and tools and fulfilling the plant’s requirements of maintenance works for the production lines.
II - POSITION IN THE COMPANY :
* Reporting to : Facility Manager (or to Maintnance Supervisor)
* Reporting to him :Maintenance helpers and machine operators
* Relations with other Services :Co-ordinating with Production for smooth running and preventive maintenance of the plant.
III - RESPONSIBILITES (details)
-Resolving maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
-Executing the set preventive and corrective maintenance plans and schedules.
-Issuing requisitions of the spare parts and sending them to the Maintenance Supervisor to have his approval on.
-Executing the required maintenance works of the production lines, the plant’s premises, and any other maintenance works.
-Executing preventive maintenance programs, providing corrective maintenance services for the plant’s equipment and machines and for sudden and urgent cases of maintenance
Installing new machines and equipment as per the determined layouts and specifications

VI - PROFILE
Diploma in relevant field with 03 years of experience
VII SAFETY: Must follow safety instructions. Must wear safety shoes, glasses, earplug, gloves ,helmet and other protective equipment if required depending of the type of work- No welding can be done without "fire permit" signed by Safety Manager/ Officier or Facility Manager

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
