Job Description

Open to any nationality

Male, 25-30 years old

Bachelor's degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy or Finance

Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer services from big FMCG/Retail companies in UAE

With understanding of GCC import/export documentation and product registration process

Knowledge of legalization & certification requirements for personal care products across the world

Responsible for providing quality services and support to the assigned accounts, and understand in full every single aspect of the daily activity related to those accounts to ensure timely processing of sales orders and related documents

Experience of using ERP software, preferably in JD Edwards

Logistics skills to handle shipments independently

FMCG background essential

Proficiency in Excel/Word/PPT is a must

Good understanding of pricing invoices/structures

Very good organizational ability

Able to deal with multiple jobs

Able to work calmly under pressure

Very good command over English language including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities.
