Executive Secretary 

We are a Grade A Contracting Co. operating in Qatar for over 3 decades. Our main specialization is in Civil Infrastructure projects involving mostly the construction, refurbishment & maintenance of underground water, sewerage & drainage networks and related civil infrastructure works 

We are looking for a highly qualified EXECUTIVE SECRETARY with Extensive experience and excellent managerial skills of no less than 10 yrs in the above fields.. 

Essential Requirements:
  • 10 years work Exp. with CONSTRUCTION Companies in GCC. 
  • Degree/Diploma in related field
  • Strong personality and excellent managerial skills 
  • Excellent computer skills with perfect self correspondence 
  • Perfect English spoken and written, Arabic is an advantage 
  • Age must be bet. 35 - 50 yrs & Sponsorship change is a must 

Core Duties and Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities and objectives include monitoring and controlling the companys administrative department Working directly with the Managing Director. Accurate and efficient management of administrative procedures and coordinating with different departments and making sure that the company document control procedures are being followed.
  • Handling all jobs & coordination related to office & employee administration independently. 
  • Arrange events, programs, meetings, conferences, and other functions. 
  • Handling filing of admin & HR systems & support to other department to create, arrange and handling of files. 
  • All Administrative matters relating to the Managing Director. 
  • Supervision on general administration and filing system. 
  • Drafting and preparation of correspondence in English and Arabic 
  • Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence 
  • Provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. 
  • Filing , faxing, photocopying & Assisting with conference calls
