 Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends

 Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands

 Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports

 Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

 Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments especially Networking, Partner Relationship, Customer Care, Medical, Communications, Information Technology, etc.

 Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots

 Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

 Generating leads and cold call prospective customers

 Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

 Understanding the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

 Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

 Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

 Having a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

 Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Management

 Managing budgets for Branding and Business Development

 Training members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate

 Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field

 Fulfil all company-established policy obligations

 Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed.

 Complete other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential skills and qualification requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales

 Minimum of five years’ product or service marketing experience

 Proven history of creating effective marketing and sales programs

 Excellent time management and project prioritization skills

 Analytical skills and attention to detail

 Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills

 Presentation skills

 Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job

 Good teamwork skills and networking ability

 Adaptability

 Influencing and negotiation skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Good organisation and planning skills

Desirable skills:

 Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales

 Communication skills in Arabic

 Experience in marketing research
