Job Description
• Design and develop marketing strategies for sales, leasing Renting of existing and upcoming real estate properties.
• Should be sound in social media marketing
• Make sales presentations or other materials.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients. Perform all maintenance work if required
• Ensure all appointment are met
• Interact and understand client requirement to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking Suggest clients suitable properties based on their expectations
• Follow up and coordinate property closings.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team.
