Overall managerial responsibility for theDubaientity and its employees (HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Business Development)
Closely collaborate with business owners and team members in executing initiatives and projects to achieve strategic business goals
Maintain P&L responsibilities including financial planning, forecasting andbudgeting
Plan and direct sales and marketingforce activities to maximize potential sales volume and profit
Develop a suitable strategy for further market extension throughoutthe Middle East
Ongoing improvement of internal processes with the target of enhanced efficiency
Develop and assist with new product launching campaigns
Ability to represent the business at a high standard professionally and to reflect the companys values and culture at all levels of business and the community
Regular reporting to the CEO/Owner
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Business Management or technical degree
Minimum ten years of management experience in an international company, Middle East experience is mandatory
Excellent commercial understanding, experience with P&L analysis is a must
Technical understanding required
Experience in business planning and strategies as well as market and competitor analysis
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Decision maker, with a hands-on attitude and high intercultural sensitivity
Fluency in English (spoken and written), German language skills would be advantageous

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
