Analyze sales, product and customer data and prepare conclusions
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
Organize and coordinate team and marketing events
Support with marketing material
Develop brand awareness using advertising
Represent the company at exhibitions
Advertise and promote the products through different marketing tools
Monitor and analyze customer requirements
Schedule meetings and prepare presentations

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Working experience in Marketing in the UAE required
Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, as well as numerical & IT skills
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and people skills
Independent working attitude

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
