Job Description
• Develop, execute, and manage a communication strategy

• Oversees all company social media accounts management

• Create a social media strategy and create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.

• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

• Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and opportunities

• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

• Customize social media pages (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content etc.

• Have a good eye for photography & photo editing skills
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key community and communications partners

• Manage and provide direction for communication via the website, social media outlets, print, and other communication tools.

• Collaborate with community volunteers and partners in developing and executing communication strategies.

• Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for community partners, staff and volunteers to give feedback on the effectiveness of teams and programs.

• Organize events and PR activities based on the organization’s requirements.

• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

• Perform other duties as assigned in support of IRIS Health Services LLC and its related companies.

• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
