The selected candidate will manage key online and offline Marketing activities of the Firm, oversee all aspects of Marketing, Corporate Communication & PR, Social Media, and Corporate messaging, manage Conference and Events participation
• Managing online and offline marketing efforts for the Firm, Products and the Brand
• Ensure maximum targeted publicity and coverage for the website’s positioning, promotional programs, and corporate image building.
• Digital marketing and media management.
• Conceive and Develop Marketing materials, Product brochures, Newsletters, etc.
• Working closely and coordinating with Partners, Outsourced service providers to ensure timely delivery
• Development of monthly press releases to be sent to various publications and websites
• Responsible for Corporate messaging, Image building and Brand
• Assist the Sales team in the preparation of new business proposals, RFQ/RFP responses new business meeting pitch, presentations, etc.
• Manage firms participation in various Events and Trade shows

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
