Job Description:
 Study company products and services and translate technical details into benefits for the customers 
 Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing of software products
 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
 Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
 Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
 Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
 Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company
 Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
 Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
 Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
 Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
 Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed.
 Complete other projects and duties as assigned.


Essential skills and qualification requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales
 Minimum of three years’ product or service marketing experience
 Proven history of creating effective marketing and sales programs
 Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
 Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills
 Presentation skills
 Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job
 Good teamwork skills and networking ability
 Adaptability
 Influencing and negotiation skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Good organisation and planning skills

Desirable skills:
 Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales
 Communication skills in Arabic
 Experience in marketing and sales of software products
