Duties & Responsibilities: Plans strategically and operationally for the departmental functions based on internal and external functions; Recommends, prepares and adheres to budgets and ensure to deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget; Develops with hospital internal departments and care providers marketing plan that improves market share, differentiation and customer needs; Improves services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on the market opportunities, improving services packaging; Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of social media and digital initiatives, website management, loyalty programs etc; Prepares complete presentation of any advertising/promotional campaign to CEO; Oversees creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials such as posters, brochures, flyers etc. and ensure brand messages are consistent; Leads the marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, and channels to position hospital as innovator and leader; Coordinates and participate in promotional activities and trade shows and corporate responsibility projects.
Skills & Competencies: A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements; Knowledge of Kuwait culture; Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office, internet research; Extensive experience of assessing capacity, planning, developing, maintaining and delivering appropriate marketing strategies to meet company objectives; Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.
Education & Qualifications: Master Degree in marketing, business, statistics or related discipline; 5-10 years of experience - working with senior management position; 5+ years of related experience and exposure to all Marketing functions; Bilingual, preferably experienced in health care sector

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
