Design and implement effective marketing and networking strategies
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Maintain a good rapport with Medical Specialists, provider managements and other Healthcare service providers. Develop methods, strategies and tools to improve provider relationship.
Ensure that appropriate action is taken in response to inquiries by clients regarding aspects of service access or compliance.
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
Supervise and / or conduct presentations and training for appointed health care provider staff on administrative software operation, managed care concepts and provide updates on all related procedures in order to ensure awareness of service requirements and policies across the network.
Review and summarize marketing results and prepares proposals
Finalize proposals and presentations in coordination with Management
Prepare reports on the success of your business endeavours
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, marketing, networking, sales and terms and keep relative records
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed.
Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Essential skills and qualification requirements:
Must have successfully completed graduate degree in Allopathic Medical Science
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Should have excellent communication skills in Arabic
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job
Good teamwork skills and networking ability
Influencing and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organisation and planning skills
Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing and Sales
Knowledge of medical insurance
Knowledge of health insurance regulatory requirements in UAE

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
