Recommend and ensures modification of existing equipment&facilities and possible replacement of existing equipment which will improve operation and reduce maintenance costs; Plan and provide an adequate supply and ensure control over quality spare parts, inventory management&consumable supplies Plan and ensure use of quality tools; Implement maintenance quality procedures&keep a record of all the documents; Collects statistics and process data for analysis of shutdown time caused by breakdown of equipment; Performing human resources responsibilities, training and developmental needs for employees; Adhering to safety rules and regulations; Works in a close cooperation with production departments in order to plan preventive maintenance and enable smooth ongoing operational work of the plant Controls the work of the team of mechanical technicians during the shift, allocates the tasks and assignments for the shift and on ad-hoc basis among the team;
At least Bachelor degree in engineering discipline (mechanical engineering is preferable); 6 to 8 years experience related field with background& experience in engineering and maintenance of equipment and facilities; Spoken level of English; Arabic is an advantage Excellent communication and computer skills Focused to continual improvement and cost reduction Must possess a balance of technical, conceptual to the process&human relations skills required to achieve goals through subordinate involvement&supervision Ability to plan and schedule work
