1. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals 2. Orders all replacement plates. 3. Orders Sleeves needed. 4. Selects and tracks all sleeves for laminations and assigns them to orders. Also assigns sleeves that need to be machined for lamination orders. 5. Track plates fro wear. 6. Coordinate mounting area. 7. Train mounters on techniques in mounting. 8. Coordinate mounting schedule. 9. Mount plates safely and accurately. 10. Understand sticky back usage in relation to press operation. 11. Help in the coordination of scheduling with mounting & press. 12. Assist in Press set-ups as needed. 13. Locate sleeves located in upstairs storage. 14. Utilize computers to call information on the job to mount. 15. Cut sticky back tape to specific lengths. 16. Label and properly store plates daily. 17. Retrieve and change cylinders/gears per job specifications. 18. Develop and have knowledge of sleeve inventory. 19. Perform general housekeeping duties. 20. Ensure proofing ink is applied regularly and cleaned after every color. 21. Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings (Continuous Quality Improvement, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
