The Omni-Channel Business Analyst is responsible for establishing anddesigning future Omni-channel business processes. He or she will have greatanalytical skills and will carefully build alignment and agreement betweendifferent teams tom establish new practices. The successful candidate will create and maintain a library of business processand will be responsible for translating and communicating the processes to allrelevant stakeholders. He or she will be able to effectively communicate withtechnical as well as business teams. The successful candidate will possess very strong senior stakeholdermanagement skills and will be able to manage through conflict and pressure.He or she will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills inEnglish.

Experience in managing stakeholders
Hands-on experience with eCommerce, fulfillment or other operationalsystems

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
