Role : Onsite Support Engineer
Job Location : UAE - Dubai
Job Type : Full time Permanent 
Job Industry : IT-Software / Software Services

Job Description :
  • 2-5 Years of Experience 
  • Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting Endpoint Security Products like – TrendMicro, McAfee, Symantec, Eset, Malwarebytes 
  • Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Firewalls like - Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cyberoam/Sophos, Checkpoint, Palo Alto 
  • Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting Web security & Mail Security like – TrendMicro, Barracuda, Cisco, Force point 
  • Knowledge of IDS/IPS, Sandbox will be an advantage. 

Preferences :
MCSE & CCNA or Relative Certifications

Security Certifications if any

Competencies :
• Previous experience of working for an IT service provider in an outsourced environment

• Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast paced environment

• Vendor Co-ordination for escalation of Service Requests

• Able to manage multiple incidents / projects and ensure quality is maintained in the approach

• Commitment / flexibility (late night and weekend work is quite often required due to nature of the business)

• Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach

• Strong service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness

• Excellent verbal, written and client communication skills
