Sending enquiries for rates to shipping lines/agents or from network partners and negotiates for rates c. Prepare import /export quotations on case by case d. Tracking & operational report daily basis e. Attends to qnuries from overseas and local clients f. Open job file, fill all available details, allocate job number, nominates to agents, etc..
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:-
a. Graduate study of any discipline from any recognised university preferably from business/Marketing b. Good Engligh communicaitions skills, other languages will be a plus c. Knowledge on computer applications d. Experience in freight sales & marketing (minimum 2 years expereince required)
a. All inclusive – SAR. 2,500/- to SAR. 3,500/- b. Compnay will provide SIM c. Successful completion of 2 year will provide ticket after that every One year d. Medical card as per Govt.norms e. Incentives will be there for achieving more than the target.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
