A chain of Restaurants in Oman requires a native Arabic Speaker with minimum ten years experience in managing operational plans and KPIs across all restaurants and regions,supervising and collaborating with outlets leaders to implement plans and review all progress.Analyzing sales trends and financial KPIs from various reporting periods in order to detect space for improvement.Communicating with international franchisors and partners,leading the compliance to all operational contractual obligations.Identifying new sites to increase market share across regions in collaboration with the CEO,Marketing and Project Development teams.Strong insight and influence on departmental activities,including bench planning,recruiting,marketing campaigns,new menu changes, promotions and financial planning.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
