As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overall stores operations and leading their teams day to day. You need to be very skillful for our core values: Hard work, Exceptional Customer Service, (positive) Attitude, Respect, and Team Work.

-Implementation and participation in sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business.
-Investigating and resolving customer issues.
-Managing food and labor budgets.
-Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
-Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained
-Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
-Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.
-Report to, and attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives.
-Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by head office.
Requirements & Experience:
-He should have previous experience brand such as Domino's pizza, Pizza Hut ,etc.
-Maintains focus and composure while working under pressure.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Education: Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s), preferably in Hospitality. MBA preferred.
-Minimum 10 Years or more of prior management experience in a Pizza restaurant.
-Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies is important.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
