• Should have extensive experience in cleaning and hospitality service management and in depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, industry standards and industry best practices. • Should be able to handle and organize a cleaning company and make sure smooth business operations • Experience in Cleaning Services, Manpower Supply, Housekeeping & Hospitality Services, Pest Control Services and General Maintenance Services is desirable • Must have a bachelor’s degree/higher diploma • Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
Offered Compensation : QR 8,000/-10,000/ with accommodation and transportation

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
