Job Description
The incumbent is expected to establishes and implement competency models for the various positions in the company and provide guidance to managers to assess competencies of employees. Design and implement career development and performance management program strategies, processes, and tools. Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide core career path model. Create and maintain enterprise competency catalog.

Design performance management program and strategy. Revisit job titles and job architecture.

Develop a Rewards Management System and oversee Group's compensation & benefit programs. Monitor and study current and emerging compensation issues and trends, and prepare and present strategic recommendations to Group CHRO.

Develop a competency-based management system and update framework for improving Group incentive systems. Identify performance gaps and determines training needs.

Knowledge of the Hay Job Evaluation Method and experience of making Grade recommendations is desirable.
