We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef European Nationality.

Job Description:

-Responsible in inventory controlling, maximizes sales and minimizes waste.

-Develops and tests recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation.

-Assisting in supervising and facilitating training of all food preparations.

-Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

-Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained.

-Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for your employer.

-Monitoring and controlling stock levels.

-Food taste consistency.

-Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

-Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.


-Real creativity when it comes to food.

-He should be menu engineer.

-HACCP Control experience.

-An ability to create menus that are innovative and profitable.

-The capacity to work under extreme pressure.

-An ability to delegate tasks.

-Outstanding cooking skills.

-Experience- 10 years in Restaurant which have more than 300 chairs
