The company is a well established building materials supplier in the Kingdom of Bahrain. They have just started a marble and natural stone distribution division. At the moment the focus will be on supplying projects and individual clients , as of yet a retail division for the marble and natural stones as not yet started but is in the pipeline.
The ideal candidate for the job must be self motivated , take initiative and be a natural leader. As he/she will be the first sales staff for this new division confidence will be a key attribute in the ideal candidate.
The ideal candidate must have a driving license and be familiar with the roads and streets of Bahrain. Candidates that have previous experience in the marble and natural stones business will be given preference.
The ideal candidate at the very least must have 5 years experience in a building materials sales division, and have a wide network of clients preferably in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Strong written and spoken English is a must , those with basic Arabic will be a bonus.

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
