Experience 3-5 years in same industry ( Steel Manufacturing )
Performing and controlling the operation of the machines as per set procedures following the safety requirements.

* Relations with other Services :Co-ordinating with production and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operation of the line.
III - RESPONSABILITES (details)
-To keep and maintain the quality of paint of the drum.
-Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records
-Ensure continuous production is maintained
-Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner ( Painting Machine)
-Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures
-Fixing minor issues that may arise during the production .

VI - PROFILE
Secondary school certificate preferably with relevant experience.
VII SAFETY: Must follow safety instructions. Must wear designed mask for paint (Filter must be changed every two weeks or when required) ,safety shoes, glasses, earplug, gloves and other protective equipment if required.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
