Job Description
SALARY: 3,000 AED to 9,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits to be discussed during the interview

HIRING COMPANY: Catering Services Company

WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (1-month max)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to European, Arabic and Asian

Male/Female, 45 years old and below

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree/certification/training in culinary/hospitality management is preferred

At least 2-5 years of experience in the same role

Previous experience in industrial catering is an advantage

Home country experience is acceptable

With experience handling large scale operations - banquets and events

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop menu

To handle all F&B outlets of the Catering Department of the group

Maintain links with the Group's catering department

Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)

Be available to work on specific one-off projects on request from your line manager and other departments (sales, marketing, etc.)

Demonstrate versatility and carry out tasks in your department when needed
