Patient Access Services that encompasses various departments under its wings (including Registration, Insurance Verification, Financial Counselling & Revenue Collection) requires 12 FTE to establish a Float Pool for the Department alongside Contact Center. Individuals identified for this role should have the following minimum work qualifications asper below.
•Proficient in Customer Service skills with a preferable background in Hospitality / Healthcare
•High degree of flexibility to work in both front and back office settings and in rotating shifts including weekends
•Individuals with a pleasant phone etiquette and call handling skills.
•Individuals with prior knowledge of UAE Insurance is preferred
•Individuals with an attention to detail and good data entry accuracy.
•Individual with a pleasing personality.
•Not more than 30 years old
•Arabic candidate only
•Salary is AED 7500 (all in and non negotiable)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
