Job Description
Introduction of the Role : 

We are now seeking an experienced Personal Assistant, who can provide full key support role with an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the CEO, helping to manage and prioritise his time. Being the first point of contact for staff and clients to ensure effective planning and organization of his workload. Represent the CEO on all related business in his absence. Assist with the operation and running of the Sales & Marketing department, overseeing the running and operation of the sales, estimation, and marketing team and their activities. Assist the executive management team as and when required to ensure effective running and management of the business.

Responsibilities and Account-abilities (but not limited to) 

• Managing all office or personal related issues on behalf of the CEO

• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments/meetings

• Booking travel, visas and accommodation as required

• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests

• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

• Dealing with incoming emails, corresponding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate

• Carry out background research as required

• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations where necessary

• Organise and attend weekly executive team meeting with agenda and minutes for action

• Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff as required

• Manage/oversee all sales enquiries, responding to clients, logging in CRM system, up to quotation

• Manage database updates in the CRM

• Assist with the development and update of the Website

• Implement and oversee direct mail campaigns

• Assist with the development of Brand awareness internally and externally

• Implement and maintain company procedures/administrative systems
