Description:The ideal candidate will be an experienced Assistant with minimum 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive support to executive level. She would be maintaining, scheduling and arranging all essentials. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, updates, problem resolution, preparing correspondence, etc. Clear and effective communication, presentation and relationship skills are essential. Minimum Qualifications:o Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Comp. Engineering or Information Systemswill be an advantage.o Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.o Maturity in handling a range of situations with a meticulous and thorough nature.o Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.o Must be presentable and self confident.o Native English speaker with solid interpersonal skills and first class writing and grammar skills o Demonstrated strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.o Must have experience in gathering requirements and conducting end user acceptance testing.o Must have previous experience in similar capacity while working at customer site.o The candidate must possess strong technical skills, with extensive experience in the following technologies in the last 3 years:o Carrying out background research and present findings – producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. o Work in collaboration with respective departments and able to report and review, with the ability to persuade and negotiate. o Minimum 8-12 years of experience supporting an Executive. o Ability to transcript dictationo Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems and Microsoft Windows.o Good supervisory skillso Innovative, Result Oriented and self motivated."WESTERNERS will be preferred".
