Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Liaising with banks, real estate personals etc.
  • Managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising meetings and conferences
  • Reminding the reporting authority of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Other Personal assignments
Qualifications Required:
  • Fluent in speaking Arabic & English
  • Good Communication
  • Excellent Computer Skills
