Role : PMO Project Manager

Experience : 8 to 15 Years

Job Location : Qatar

During Proposal Development

• Review services scope and ensure well defined SoW in place to be delivered to customer

• Highlight the potential delivery risks to services LOB to ensure proper mitigation either in cost, time or skills required

• Provide high level project schedule from the estimates given by the services LOBs

• Estimate the require project management efforts to deliver this project

During Project Delivery

• Perform internal kick-off to the project with all clients stakeholders

• Review the documentation handed over from the sales team who worked on the proposal development

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects

• According to project and complexity, perform project definition workshop with customer and document outcome in Project Definition Document / Charter

• Perform project methodology tailoring according to project , complexity and customer specific requirements

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Ensure milestone acceptance as planned by customer

• Report project status and escalate to management as needed

• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Document project lessons learned during the project closure
