Job Description
Policy documentation specialist

The selected resources will be required to review, update, document and complete the approval of the existing bank policies and develop new ones when it’s needed.

• Very Good communication skills and fluency in both Arabic/English languages.

• Extensive experience in Saudi regulations, corporate governance and policy documentation (10 years or equivalent).

• Ability to share and explain innovative ideas related policy preparation & documentation.

• Capable to resolve, manage and report the findings and issues.

• Ability to resolve conflicts.

Following activities are expected from the SME:

1. Develop execution plan to complete the review and update of the current policies.

2. Coordinate with all stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Management committees etc.) in order to assure the quality of the policies and obtain the required approvals.

3. Arrange for meetings/workshops to provide MOM to the procedure department.

4. Ensure all designed policies are aligned with all governance and compliance requirements.

5. Provide proper reporting about the progress to the Business Stakeholders including recommendations.
