Responsible for L3 Support for Storage & backup; Backup storage capacity planning; Configuration & Mitigation of backup job schedule & troubleshoot on network 8.0 & Asigra, HP Data Protector; Managing VMware ESXi 4.0 5.0 & vCenter Server 5.0; Troubleshooting, administering of active directory users, DNS, DHCP, and also Security Management of Windows 2003/2008 Servers; Provide technical support for system integration, installation and maintenance of servers, HP & EMC Storage & Back up devices.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
