1. Education background：Bachelor degree or above in petroleum engineering or mechanical major.
2. Language：English is the working language, fluent in written/spoken English.
3. At least 3 years construction experience in international oil and gas industry of piping installation and modification; Familiar with procedure of the international EPC project. Can use AutoCAD software.
4. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
