Job Description
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Indian/Filipino nationality

Male/Female, 30-40 y/o and below

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Finance or Associate’s degree plus minimum 2 years of industrial experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of similar work experience with relevant industry background including manufacturing and/ or distribution of bolts/metals /steel /iron /aluminum/ industrial products

Local/International procurement experience is acceptable

Good communication, organizational and analytical skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitor Inventory Stock

Work with suppliers to negotiate material and order costs, and compile cost reports for invoices

Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers and update records accordingly

Resolve Order Problems

Build strong relationships with key contacts

Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts.

Provide additional administrative support for team members as needed.
