A reputed iconic entity in Abu Dhabi requires Procurement and Contracts Manager to oversee the department and ensure the general procurement and contracts requisitions are processed efficiently at competitive terms to meet the end user specifications and requirements. Successful incumbent will not only oversee the procurement function and ensure all procurement transactions and expenditure are executed in accordance with the approved budget of each department but will monitor the unit head and officers with respect to negotiations on suppliers in terms of price and quality to get the best value for money. UAE nationals with strong background in procurement and finance apparently, bachelors degree holders in Procurement/Purchasing or Supply Chain discipline are highly preferred.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
