Job Description
"An ideal candidate requires a diverse skill-set ranging from developing innovative travel products and negotiating supplier contracts to conducting destination training."
Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out comprehensive research for new and existing products.
  • Managing the Product Lifecycle from the development and implementation to the commercial and operational success of new and existing travel product.
  • Working with other departments to develop and enact a product strategy to ensure the product is competitively priced and has a comprehensive offer matched to sales demand and targets.
  • Develop lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure our clients receive excellent on-the-ground support
  • Create clear product development plans for all new products
  • Benchmark customer experience and pricing with direct competitors.
  • Business Development
    Ensuring KPI tar-gets are achieved monthly and annually
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree with travel specialization will advantage
  • 4-8 years’ experience in product development and management
  • Comprehensive travel industry knowledge
  • Extensive Destination knowledge especially (Europe, America, Far east etc)
  • Must be proficient using technology and working with software applications

Other Qualifications:
  • Good command over both written and verbal English
  • High level of "attention to detail"
  • Superior negotiation skills
  • A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
