Be the link between users and engineers ? Prioritize functions ? Identify and gather product requirements to support integration with industry partners ? Manage project-planning processes (e.g. timeline, milestone tracking) ? Ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status and progress ? Develop metrics to identify and track business trends and determine root-causes ? Develop recommendations to improve products and processes ? Pitch in to support other functions (e.g. operations) as needed Knowledge and experience ? 3+ years of experience in software industry ? Understanding technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams ? Evaluate technology solutions, including build/buy/partner options ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the bar ? Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles ? (Preferred) CS experience or degree or business degree with CS major ? (Preferred) Experience integrating with lenders and dealers ? Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
