Job Description


POSITION: Product Manager

SALARY: 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications

HIRING COMPANY: High-end Perfume Company

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to any nationality, preferable Asian nationals

Male/Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree holder or MBA, preferably in Sales and Marketing

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the stream of product development preferably in the FMCG, perfumes or related industry

Good knowledge of market research, product marketing & brand management

Strong leadership, sales support and training skills

Excellent analytical and presentation skills

Demonstration skills to handle multiple assignments

System knowledge – adept in MS Office & ERP

Highly Creative, Analytical & Presentation skills

Leadership & Team Management skills

Excellent communication skills – verbal & written

Ability to conceptualize new ideas, research and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint

High degree of tolerance for uncertainty since new product development is ever changing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Integrating market and sales efforts w/ the key focus areas of Product management including product launches, product pricing, annual budgeting / forecast, push and pull schemes, product line support for the sales team and assimilation of market / competitor information

Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction

Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies

Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs

Provide business line support for planning marketing program, channel support, and sales support

Interact with sales, product development, customer service to ensure that the marketing collateral accurately reflects benefits and features from every user perspective and persona

Define and deliver a product-marketing plan that combines an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive and consumer for a group of products
