1. The Project Administrator will be a key member of the team, who will provide administrative support to the Project team. They will be responsible for efficient application of processes and work plans.
2. Accountable for the general organization and daily maintenance of Project Team
3. Coordinate all administration activities e.g. tracking the resolution and closure of actions
4. Keeping all Project registers up to date

Responsibilities:
1. Be able to record minutes of meetings, and create and maintain action logs
2. Be able to prepare various reports and progress updates
3. General support to engineering discipline specialists, Design Coordinator and Project Engineers
4. Performs such other duties as deemed necessary
5. Maintain Correspondence Log ensuring all correspondence is logged, tracked, distributed and actioned as required.
6. Ensure all meetings and teleconferences are booked as required
7. Responsible for the recording and typing of minutes of meetings
8. Completion of Purchase Orders
9. Arrange travel for team members
10. Organise team building functions
11. Project filing, archiving as required
12. Format weekly report
13. Responsible for Administration function and service delivery the Project team

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Good IT skills, Word, Excel etc.
3. Good written and spoken English
4. Work experience in the Engineering industry would be an advantage
