Job Description
  • Review SOW, Drawings, BOQs and prepare High Leavel plans.
  • Analyse project progress to identify trends and errors in order to inform concerned parties
  • Prepare detailed project schedules as per requirement and inline with PMO standards and procedures.
  • Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks to ensure project is in line with key performance parameters and report any variances
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of Project Schedules, review and provide comments for approval of contractors and consultants baselines and revised baselines.
  • Monitoring and updating accurate scheduled progress toward achieving desired project completion date and informing Project Management Team of changes to schedule outcome.
  • Ensure Project risks, issues, interfaces, decisions and the dependencies are proactively captured, analyzed and implemented effectively to the benefit of the assigned program/project
  • Prepare and provide dashboards, project progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis.
  • Ensure Plans, Schedules & Costing are being carried out by the team  as per PMO Procedures and requirements
  • Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance
  • Ensure updates of contractor project schedules, reports are received on time in order to capture the same in the Master schedule and customer report.
  • Prepare revised baselines according to the changes as and when required
  • At the completion of the project, assist in developing and recording the project's historical schedule information and lessons learned for the use of future enterprise projects
  • Assist Team Leader in the preparation of High Leave Management reports, Dashboards, etc.
  • Perform additional responsibilities that may be added from time to time depending on organisational requirements
