Job Description
 At least 20 years’ experience included 5 years in KSA.

 Having experience in High-rise & Hotels Projects.

 Fluent in English.

 having Transferable Iqama


Responsible to ensure compliance to Project Controls requirements by the Contractors, Consultants, Project Management and the Client.

Participates in development of Project Controls Procedures, reports, forms, etc., and maintains best practices to control the Client projects and programs.

Assist in planning activities of PMOs to ensure capturing accurate data on projects and program performance in areas such as time, cost, scope, quality, and other program/project objectives.

Direct responsibility for upgrade and implementation of the project controls systems and integration with administrative and operational procedures of the Client.

Oversee the development of the master schedule for the project and in particular the development and monitoring of critical milestone schedules.

Direct responsibility for preparation of monthly narrative, cost, schedule and financial reports, submission and distribution of same.

Ensure that Planning, Cost, Quantity surveying staff is aware of, and have a common understanding of, their respective functions and responsibilities.

Oversee and monitor Project Controls System support for design and construction schedules and cost analysis, for use at regular and extraordinary coordination meetings and in respect of relevant expediting activities.

Interface and assist the Project Director and IT Manager to ensure that the Project Information System is compatible with and supports the Project Control needs.
