-This position requires a person who will be responsible for key process deliveries related to image analysis and creating reports in advanced excel. - liaising with the partners and distributors on the picture quality trends, identifying the key reasons that are critical to quality and advising the relevant parties accordingly. - resolve any queries that distributors may come up with on quality assurance. - understand the concept of quality failures reporting and should be able to understand and follow standard operating guidelines lay down for process. -Experience in quality, standardizing processes are a value add. -will be responsible to maintain product database on vendor website with 98% accuracy, this will require constant follow ups and coordination with Image recognition vendor -Should be able to analyze which users have poor submissions, identify the causes and send out targeted feedbacks Qualification Requirements College educated with background in analytics preferable. Excellent in Advanced Excel and able to analyze reports. Quality or back office operations background is highly preferable. Must have worked in multi-national environment. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
